Everything crackers & Eggs

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives


  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the milk or cream, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Whisk the eggs vigorously until well combined and slightly frothy. This incorporates air into the eggs and helps create fluffy scrambled eggs.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the butter and let it melt, swirling the pan to coat the bottom evenly.
  4. Once the butter is melted and foamy, pour the beaten eggs into the skillet.
  5. Let the eggs sit undisturbed for a few seconds until the edges start to set.
  6. Using a spatula, gently push the cooked edges of the eggs towards the center of the skillet, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges. Continue this process until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny.
  7. Remove the skillet from the heat while the eggs are still slightly wet. The residual heat will continue to cook them.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped chives over the scrambled eggs and gently fold them in to incorporate.
  9. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a serving plate immediately to prevent them from overcooking.
  10. Garnish with additional chopped chives if desired.
  11. Serve the scrambled eggs hot over your NUFS Everything Bagel crackers and Enjoy!
