At NUFS, we want you to love every bite of your crackers. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • To help us investigate, we may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved claims may be resolved with either a refund to your original payment method or a replacement order, at our discretion.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once approved.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges

  • Because our products are perishable, we cannot offer exchanges.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at hello@getnufs.com.
