Here's everything you need to know about getting your hands on our bites
SHIPPING:
PO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide us with a physical address for us to deliver your bites.
Order Cancellations
Once orders have been processed we cannot accept cancellations. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. Should you wish to cancel your order please send an email to hello@getnufs.com to ask about your order status.
Address Corrections
If you input your address incorrectly please send an email to hello@getnufs.com as soon as possible to inquire about your order's status. Changes of address can only happen before an order has been processed. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order.
Shipment Timing
To ensure there are no delivery delays, we only ship out orders from Monday-Wednesday. Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days. All customers will receive a tracking link upon shipment of their order. Tracking links contain the most updated information available in regards to order status.
Missed Deliveries
Once an item has left our warehouse, customers should stay up to date with deliveries based on their tracking link. Deliveries that are unsuccessful will be taken to the closest depot location for pickup. It's the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package at the designated pickup location. Nufs is not responsible for packages that haven't been retrieved.
Damaged in Transit
For any packages damaged in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@getnufs.com. Please take pictures of item damage and include them in the email along with the expiry date (located on the top seal on the individual pouches). We'll open a ticket with the courier immediately. If the bites cannot be consumed, we'll process a replacement once the trace is complete.
Lost in Transit
For any packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@getnufs.com. We'll open a ticket with the courier immediately and will have the package replaced once the courier has confirmed the original parcel has been lost.
Refrigeration Policy
Our bites are made with real food ingredients, without any artificial or chemical preservatives. This means our bites are stored in the fridge to keep them fresher for longer. That being said, our bites are good to enjoy on the go for up to 7 days out of the fridge at a time (even at room temperature) without the quality being compromised.
When preparing your order to ship, dry ice and liners are used to keep the bites at a comfortable temperature during the hotter summer months, not to keep the bites at a refrigerated temperature.
Make sure to refrigerate the bites immediately on arrival.
REFUNDS
Returns and Exchanges
Due to being a food item requiring refrigeration, all Nufs Superfood Bites are considered final sale. That being said, we want you to be happy. If you encounter a problem with your bites please contact hello@getnufs.com within 7 days of delivery of your order and we will do what we can to make it right.
